8.6 Chatbot Disclosure
When you interact with our AI agents, you are communicating with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. Our AI agents are designed to simulate human-like conversation but are computer programs. This disclosure is provided in compliance with California, New Jersey, Utah, and other applicable chatbot disclosure laws.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Specific retention periods include:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, or notify you if we need additional time (up to 90 days total).
10.9 California "Shine the Light" Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
11. Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights:
11.1 Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA)
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you may have the right to:

11.4 Appeals
